Monterey, CA – Peter B’s Brewpub, Monterey’s first craft brewery located behind Portola Hotel & Spa in Monterey, CA, is milling, mashing and brewing up its 4th Annual Monterey Beer Garden. This highly anticipated event will take place at Custom House Plaza on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Beer enthusiasts and food devotees can enjoy an afternoon of unlimited beer tasting from some of the best craft breweries in the area and enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ prepared by Portola Hotel & Spa’s Executive Chef, Jason Giles.
Peter B’s Brewpub is showcasing their own creations alongside beers from Stone Brewing Co., Boulder Creek Brewing Co., Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing, Drake’s Brewing, Uncommon Brewers, and many more. Guests will have the opportunity to socialize with local brewers as they pour their brews for thirsty visitors. Live rock and blues will be served up by Velvet Plum, and 102.1 KRML will broadcast live from the Brewpub.
Proceeds from the 4th Annual Monterey Beer Garden will benefit Save Our Shores, a non-profit marine conservation organization that has protected and promoted the ecological integrity of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary for the last 30 years.
