BALLANTINES PUBLIC RELATIONS ANNOUNCES NEW PR AFFILIATION FOR REMODEL AND REBRAND OF THE SOON-TO-BE HILTON SANTA BARBARA BEACHFRONT RESORT



Los Angeles, CA, October 5, 2017 – Ballantines Public Relations (BPR), the award-winning global luxury and lifestyle agency, is pleased to announce that it has been chosen to represent The Fess Parker, A Doubletree by Hilton Resort during its extensive remodel and rebrand, projected to commence in October 2017. Upon completion, the hotel will be known as Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort.

The renowned PR agency has been hired by the The Fess Parker to provide high-value, high-impact strategic guidance and execution to bring broad consumer awareness around the renovation and rebranding of the resort.

Originally built in 1986, the property will remain managed by Hilton and jointly owned by Park Hotels & Resorts (PK-NYSE) along with Fess Parker’s children who are proud to continue their partnership with Hilton in the exciting renovation and rebranding of their beautiful resort.

The entire renovation is anticipated to be completed in Q2 2018 when the property will be reintroduced as Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. A new name for a new look, but with the guarantee that Fess Parker's legacy will live on, as the resort will continue with the same attention to detail and dedication to a first-class visitor experience that have always made this Santa Barbara landmark a place where people feel right at home.
