NEWSLETTER

KEEPING TEAM MEMBERS INFORMED

Letter from Vanessa

We certainly recognize what an incredibly challenging time this is for everyone, and I hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy. With the stay at home order in place, many of you may be feeling isolated as we continue to distance ourselves from others. I hope the resources outlined in this newsletter will prove to be helpful and encourage you to focus on your mental health and well-being during this time. Schedule a Zoom call with loved ones in other cities or states to remain connected, take the time to prepare dinner with your family, spend time with your children, begin to meditate, or simply take this time to slow down and focus on things we are always too busy to do. Please take care of yourself, your families, and stay well!
